Medical/Dental/Vision Plans
There is peace of mind when you have good health care coverage for you and/or your family. At Clear Choice we offer medical, dental, and vision plans that provide you the security and protection we all want. These plans are available to you and any eligible dependents. We pay 100% of the employee premiums (for eligible plans) and contribute a portion toward dependent coverage.
Flexible Spending
Why give Uncle Sam more of your hard-earned money than you need to? Save money with our flexible spending program, which allows you to set aside pretax dollars to pay for medical and dependent care expenses.
Company Wellness Program
Need some creative tools to help you get healthy, or need the inspiration and support to stay healthy? Our Wellness program provides annual health screenings, an on-site fitness center (coming soon), and a wellness team whose sole focus is providing you with interactive activities and motivating programs that promote positive lifestyle changes.
Employee Assistance Program
We understand that everyone has problems from time to time that are just too big to handle alone, which is why we offer free and confidential counseling services for personal, family, or work-related issues. Working here, you’ll be entitled to three free counseling visits per year.
Disability Insurance
Life happens, and from time to time so do events that keep us from working for short or longer periods of time. To help address the lost compensation during these times we also offer:
- Short-Term Disability: If you are unable to work due to a disability, we offer short-term coverage to help you get back on your feet. The benefit period is up to 13 weeks.
- Long-Term Disability: If you are unable to work for an extended period of time due to a disability, we also offer long-term disability coverage. This coverage offers an income benefit if you are unable to work due to a disability for up to 24 months.
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
We’re here to help you and your family in times of loss, which is why we offer Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage. This benefit is $50,000 or equal to annual salary, whichever is greater.
